🔧 Scope of Work
- We provide bathtub refinishing, bathtub reglazing, tile reglazing, sink refinishing, full bathroom resurfacing, and minor surface repair services.
- All work is cosmetic in nature. Reglazing does not replace a tub or tile but gives it a like-new surface finish.
- Anti-slip texture is NOT applied by default. It is only added upon explicit request from the property owner or manager. If applied, this may result in a mildly textured finish for slip protection.
📅 Booking & Cancellations
- Appointments are confirmed after client approval and availability check.
- Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
🧼 Client Responsibilities
- Ensure the work area is fully cleared and accessible.
- Provide electricity, ventilation, and running water for proper application and drying.
- Keep children, pets, and vulnerable individuals out of the work zone or even house and avoid use of the refinished area for 12–24 hours after completion. As we spray there will be fumes it may cause problem to the health of your kids.
🛠️ Finish Texture & Surface Feel
- Our default finish is smooth and high-gloss unless otherwise requested.
- Anti-slip coatings are added only when requested. These are lightly textured to enhance foot safety and may feel different from a factory-smooth tub.

🧾 Warranty Coverage
- All reglazing work is backed by a 5-Year Limited Warranty covering peeling, bubbling, or cracking under normal conditions.
- The warranty is void if:
- Suction mats or harsh chemicals are used
- Physical damage occurs (chips, cracks, heavy impact)
- Other contractors or unauthorized parties alter the finish

- All products are professional-grade and industry-approved.
📸 Photos, Reviews & Marketing
- Before/after images may be used for training, quality assurance, and marketing.
- No personal tenant information is ever shared.
- By using our service, you may be contacted for a review or feedback.
⚖️ Legal Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
- Reglazing Wow is not responsible for damage unrelated to our work or existing structural/foundation issues.
- Cosmetic reglazing cannot reverse deep cracks, plumbing issues, or structural deterioration.
- Liability for service complaints is limited to the cost of service or a corrective repair at our discretion.

- You have read and understood these terms.

- You acknowledge that this is a cosmetic service with required aftercare and limitations.
